   • Standard Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery period for all made-to-order furniture and major products is approximately six (6) working weeks from the date of order confirmation.

   • Timeframe Start: The six-week period begins once your order confirmation is sent via email and payment has been verified.

   • Stock Accessories: Smaller, stock-based accessories and pieces (e.g., pillows, toys) may ship sooner, often within 3-5 working days, if ordered separately or if available before the main furniture order is complete.

   • Pre-Delivery Confirmation Call: Our Operations Team will personally contact you a few days before the estimated delivery date to confirm the final date and time window.

   • Client Confirmation is Mandatory: We require confirmation of the date and time from the client to proceed with the final delivery shipment.

   • Delivery Personnel: Our trained delivery team will handle the safe unloading and placement of your order.

   • Access Requirements: If you anticipate any issues with delivery access (e.g., small doorways, stairs, narrow elevators, or restricted parking), please inform our team during the confirmation call.
